*If you request an appointment and it is confirmed, it belongs to you. If you need to cancel your session, then 24 hours notice is required. ALL appointments require a PAID deposit. Cleanliness is important! If you are receiving any body treatment, please be showered and as clean as possible when you arrive.
To continue to request an appointment, you understand and agree that any appointments canceled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointments are non-refundable. If a requested technician is not available due to any unforeseen circumstances, you agree that another technician will complete your services.
Please note: You DO NOT have a confirmed appt if you don’t get a confirmation email and/or text message confirming the appointment. Funds will be held in a pending status by your bank until the appointment is confirmed by The Body Cave. If you do not get this confirmed or your request is declined then the funds will never post to your account.
